What’s waiting for you:
By developing new strategies for your customers and future-oriented account planning, as a national account manager you will help our major customers on their way to the digital future. You maintain the continuous development of new and sustainable customer relationships in your account set, conduct negotiations at C-level and always keep an eye on the strategic and operational goals. You are actively responsible for sales through to the implementation of tailor-made communication solutions and complex business solutions in the IoT, 5G and cloud & security environment. You look after your key accounts and prospect accounts (new business) and ensure that you achieve your sales and sales targets. You use a wide variety of approaches, such as acquisition via social networks or direct meetings with customers. You coordinate all relevant interfaces between your customers and the responsible areas as well as resources from Vodafone and our partners and ensure an innovative team orientation.
What sets you apart:
A successfully completed degree or comparable professional training. Several years of professional experience in B2B sales, preferably in the telecommunications and/or IT industry. The innovative tech world is the perfect environment for you, because you have in-depth technical knowledge of the latest global IP VPN, cloud & hosting services, IOT & additional services and want to use your knowledge to help our Helping customers grow! You work result-oriented, have a deep understanding of the goals and strategies of the customers and can quickly familiarize yourself with new topics. You act in a sales-oriented manner, are fluent in negotiations and a professional in dealing with B2B customers in the major customer segment. You have a high degree of commitment, a conscientious and people-oriented way of working, as well as organizational skills, creativity and a lot of team spirit. Good knowledge of spoken and written English (according to GER).
