Compliance Officer – QA & Governance International – Europe (International Compliance)

Your tasks

You are responsible for the implementation of control and monitoring actions on security and risk-mitigating measures in the various locations in continental Europe – in accordance with global standards. You take over the coordination of the results with the audited units, document your audit actions in a comprehensible manner and address potential for improvement in the form of Lessons Learned training courses for all relevant units You promote governance issues, carry out smaller projects and, in exceptional situations, support the local compliance offices in the implementation of operational processes You act as the first point of contact for your control actions and provide a high-quality, timely delivery and processing of the individual tasks independently and safely, even under time pressure

your profile

3-5 years of compliance-relevant professional experience in an international financial institution or service provider Adequate banking/subject-specific training or university studies (specializing in banking, economics, business law, business education, political science, communication sciences, humanities) Knowledge in the operational/analytical compliance areas – e.g with a focus on sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, trade finance checks, KYC / EDD – are required Advanced knowledge of English and German for communication with the internal stakeholders of the bank; Further language skills in one of the other European languages ​​are an advantage Experience in the implementation of quality assurance measures and training courses are also an advantage Independent and solution-oriented working style Our benefits Flexible working Professional training & development Friendly working environment Diverse tasks Work-life balance
