As a “Business Analyst Dealer Management Automotive (m/f/d)” you will support our experienced and agile team in the further development and modernization of the Dealer Management System (DMS).
This includes the following tasks and areas of responsibility:
Analysis of complex processes and cross-functional relationships in the car dealership Recognition of the relationships between the processes and the DMS software Database structure/architecture Development of software solutions for the DMS alphaplus/alphaX to support the processes in the car dealership Technical design of requirements and optimizations in coordination with the customers, OEMs and service providers Creation of specifications with basic technical understanding for programming and their implementation Creation of cost estimates for the implementation of requirements and optimizations Performance of system tests based on the specification, taking into account the processes in the car dealership 3rd level support (error analysis) #EHE_TSI#
You have a degree (e.g. computer science or process management) or have successfully completed training in a car dealership and ideally have experience as a business analyst (m/f/d) with in-depth knowledge of car dealership processes.
You will also bring the following knowledge and skills with you:
Very good industry know-how automotive, especially car dealership knowledge in one or more areas (service process, parts logistics, warranty process) Very good analytical and methodical skills, coupled with customer and solution orientation Structured approach to the processing of activities Good knowledge and practical experience in estimation of development expenses High social and intercultural competence as well as very good team and integration skills, also in international and virtual organizations Ensuring the provision of services on time, quality and budget Knowledge of software development processes and methods as well as IT architectures are an advantage Practical experience with agile methods (such as e.g. Scrum) are desirable Fluent German and very good English skills

The Product Management alphaplus chapter designs, implements and supports the Dealer Management System (DMS) alphaplus, which is used by authorized dealers and authorized workshops of Daimler AG. We are constantly developing the DMS in close cooperation with our customers and the OEM in order to offer the contractual partners the opportunity to further optimize the processes in the car dealership (including workshop processes, parts logistics, warranty processing) by using the DMS.
