As a Cloud Consultant ECM (m/f/d) you will work closely with our strategic customers, be responsible for pre-sales activities and provide consulting support to introduce and further develop ECM solutions. When you get started, a mentor will be at your side and support you with questions and challenges. The following tasks await you in detail:
You are the strategic contact for existing customers and successfully develop the customer relationship. You analyze and evaluate requirements together with the customer and work out solution concepts and specifications together. You take over the planning, control and the budget and timely implementation of the projects Sales in the deal phase You systematically build interdisciplinary networks with our customers You represent the interests of our customers internally, both in escalations and in the specific requirements of your customers for the further development of the software #EHE_TSI#
After completing your (IT-related) degree or comparable training with at least 5 years of professional experience in the ECM environment, you are ready for further challenges. As a personality with strong character, you are ideally characterized by:
Relevant professional experience as an ECM consultant with reference to pre-sales activities Very good general knowledge of ECM technologies Profound knowledge (both technological and procedural) in one of the ECM subject areas such as digital signatures, inbound / outbound, or archiving scenarios with upstream systems such as SAP, Exchange or Sharepoint, ideally also in Cloud environment Successful customer success management High level of commitment, self-assured demeanor, independent work and pronounced team and customer orientation as well as presentation and rhetoric skills Very good knowledge of German and English as a basis for international cooperation

The Tribe ImageMaster is part of the BU “Content & Collaboration Services”, which focuses on the company’s own ECM product ImageMaster. Following the classic plan-build-run approach, we accompany our customers from the first consultation through implementation to long-term support. To this end, we have developed standardized process models to accompany our customers on the way from classic “on premise” ECM solutions to cloud-based end-to-end services.
