You will join the Communications Team in charge of community building with our employees, stakeholders and talents with the following tasks:
Create content for the different company platforms and channels (Intranet, corporate website, All Hand Calls, newsletters…) Organize local events to foster connection and company cohesion Define messages relating to BuyIn’s Management Team and the defined company strategy Design and execute our employer branding together with the relevant stakeholders Provide support on the yearly company event, All Employee Meeting, organized in Europe University degree in Communication or Marketing or equivalent Successful first professional experience of minimum 3 years Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with multicultural settings Strong interest in collaborating with various stakeholders and profiles Creativity and design skills to stay up to date with communication trends Fluency in English Flexible mindset fostered by curiosity and a high willingness to learn
