With the help of our event management systems, you can monitor our customer networks and platforms both proactively and reactively. This allows you to identify impairments and disruptions (incidents) at an early stage and to receive, classify and document fault reports, service requests, requests for information and complaints via different media and in workflow systems You diagnose multiple causes of faults, isolate them independently and eliminate the faults You develop appropriate interference suppression and neutralization measures, can initiate them and monitor them independently – including the necessary escalation, possibly involving subsequent service providers (2nd level, field service) Configure technical facilities for us and write them down in documentation

your profile

You have completed vocational training in the IT sector and have some relevant professional experience. You can bring in knowledge of network technologies such as routers/firewalls and servers and virtualization technologies. In addition, you have basic knowledge of common DSL transmission methods and have strong ITIL knowledge. Ideally, you have experience in using ticket and monitoring tools. A very high level of customer and service orientation paired with a high level of initiative and strong communication skills is what it takes You are distinguished The position requires your willingness to work in shifts (24/7). Your German and English skills are at a very good and fluent level
