As IT Architect Airport Operational Systems (m/f/d) you will analyze requirements and develop appropriate IT solutions based on new and established methods and technologies such as cloud, big data and artificial intelligence.
Your area of activity includes in particular:
Design of functional and technical system architectures for large and medium-sized customer projects based on agile models such as DevOps, Scrum and Design Thinking Participation in the further development of our products in the Terminal Operations environment as well as support in presales activities, acquisitions and innovation projects Ensuring the quality of architecture and design solutions as well as technical solutions, including the use of technical synergy opportunities Independent work in an international environment with scope for creative ideas Participation in the on-call service for our airport customers

You have a degree in computer science or a comparable technical or scientific degree and have several years of professional experience in IT architecture design. You have the following experience and qualifications:
Good understanding of the business processes and the essential software solutions for airport terminals Several years of experience in the design and implementation of Java-based solution architectures for the airport target sector Comprehensive knowledge of functional design, data design, integration concepts and the implementation of non-functional requirements Very good overview of the current technologies, deployment and software development methods Programming languages: Java, JavaScript Frameworks: Spring, Hibernate, Atmosphere VCS: Git, SVN Build tool: Apache Maven CI: Jenkins Databases: Oracle, PostgreSQL Servers: Tomcat, Glassfish
