Our dynamic and agile Aero & Defense team is looking for you as Senior Key Account Manager (m/f/d) for our customer MTU. Your task is to open doors, open up new buying centers for customers, identify or create needs and strategically develop them further. You always act in a customer-centric manner and orchestrate the customer relationship as well as the internal delivery and support team. Your other activities:
You plan and implement measures for customer care/retention/win back You define and create sales & account strategies and strategically develop customer relationships You are responsible for the entire sales cycle, from needs analysis to controlling after-sales activities You advise and sell deal-oriented products, services and complex customer-oriented solutions You initiate and control the preparation of offers, negotiate and conclude contracts #EHE_TSI#
Aero & Defense is your special area, in which you are very familiar, as well as due to your at least 10 years of professional experience in the sale of IT solutions. A completed degree, preferably with a business and/or technical background, or comparable professional training with several years of relevant professional experience is essential. In addition to in-depth knowledge of manufacturing – preferably aeronautics industry experience from customer contacts and experience from observing market developments and the competition – you have excellent knowledge of customer support (identification of needs, development of complex solution concepts). Your other skills:
Outstanding experience in the management of strategically oriented projects Excellent experience in identifying and building customer contacts and maintaining customer relationships Verifiable, resilient contact network up to C-level Highly developed, conclusion-oriented conversation skills Excellent ability to deal with particularly difficult/highly complex tasks/problems across the board Area of responsibility Fluent in German and English
