As a senior manager / fully qualified lawyer for European affairs, you will evaluate and analyze current national and international legislative processes. They advise on regulatory and abuse procedures and provide support on spectrum policy and regulatory issues.
You will analyze the activities of the EU with a view to Deutsche Telekom’s business projects and support the Group’s corresponding projects. You will work on the creation of positioning concepts and participate in statements on legislative procedures in socio-political, regulatory and regulatory issues in the area of responsibility. You prepare decision templates and communication concepts. You will prepare and follow up on the content of top-level discussions with the Management Board of the Telekom Group. You will represent your interests in European associations and international bodies. You coordinate procedures with regulatory authorities and, if necessary, commission/steer external lawyers and experts in legislative and regulatory procedures (in coordination with the legal department).
You have a degree in law (fully qualified lawyer with two state exams) or comparable professional training with a relevant subject or subject-specific additional training or several years of professional experience in the field of public and regulatory affairs. Ideally, you will have detailed company-specific knowledge and knowledge of European regulation of telecommunications and digital services:
