To support Accounts Payable and Accounting & Taxes department in daily accounting processes such as:
Accounts Payable preparing invoices and appropriate documents Creating vendor master data Preparing data for booking vouchers in accounting department Testing financial and accounting processes in new systems/applications Data analyzes Administration support and help with GL reconciliation
University student (ideally financial field) Required capacity half of the day every day or 2.5 days per week based on mutual agreement Analytical thinking At least theoretical knowledge of basic accounting rules Work experience in finance or accounting department is an advantage but not a requirement User knowledge of MS Office products, preferably MS excel Accounting SAP software knowledge or any accounting software is advantage Accuracy, reliability, team spirit, willingness to learn new things Fluent English; knowledge of other language (French, German, Spanish, Italian) is an advantage
Gaining financial expertise by working in an international team The ability to understand the functioning of the Financial Hub for Eastern and Western Europe (Accounting, Controlling, Reporting, Accounts Payable) Part-time job (20 hours/week) Competitive salary Well located office in the center of Prague
