As an “Agile Security Project Manager (m/f/d)” you will manage our customers’ IT security projects in a national and international environment. You will be responsible for the creation and introduction of customer-specific and standardized IT solutions, taking into account the competition and industry trends. You will also support bid teams in preparing and calculating bids. You will perform the following activities:
Planning, control and management of software development, integration, migration and implementation projects in terms of deadlines, costs and quality according to recognized project standards Management of the agile process as a Scrum Master or Product Owner Creation and maintenance of project plans Project monitoring and controlling Coordination of the project team and other delivery units and subcontractors Inspiring, strengthening and promoting active cooperation Coaching and advising the customer’s project management Communication, reporting and presentation on project topics – also in English #EHE_TSec#
You have successfully completed a degree in a technical field with a focus on IT security or comparable vocational training with many years of professional experience in which you have been successfully planning, controlling and managing IT projects for +5 years. Also bring with you:
Experience in classic (at least 3 years) and agile (at least 1 year) forms of cooperation Experience in leading distributed and international project teams Knowledge of the market, technology and competitive environment in the information technology and telecommunications industry including digital transformation and Information security Very good analytical and conceptual skills Knowledge and experience in the application of recognized project management standards e.g. Scrum, PMI, Prince2, V-Modell XT (certification an advantage) Project experience in the planning and implementation of software development, integration, migration and implementation projects Management of distributed and international project teams, with willingness to travel as required Knowledge and experience in cost calculation, in project controlling and in quality, risk and escalation management Presentation and moderation skills also in German and English h (CEF Level B2)
