Your tasks
Accepting the paper or digital orders (Z1) Checking the correctness and completeness of the orders Correcting the defects found by returning the order to the consultant or by directly clarifying the matter with the customer consultant by telephone Researching the necessary further data (routes, fees, special values, etc.) Entering the orders in the relevant IT system Commerzbank manually or by scanning Manual correction of the scanned documents after the automatic character recognition (OCR) Manual entries in the relevant IT system are to be checked in the 4 or partly also in the 6-eyes principle Filing of the orders digitally for 3 months in a digital intermediate archive Transfer from the intermediate archive to the long-term archive after 3 months Answering questions about the payments and other complaints Evaluation of the complaints in the complaints database for process optimization Accepting the digital foreign standing orders and checking for completeness validity and plausibility Forwarding to the processing department in the Commerzbank Group

Completed commercial training / or a comparable qualification Career changers are also welcome High level of service and customer orientation Ability to work in a team Experience with Office applications Knowledge of English is an advantage
