We are seeking a new colleague to strengthen our team as Cluster Management Officer for Outsourcing, Vendor Risk Management and Service Management. You will join a cross-functional team supporting Commerzbank AG, New York branch. Your main responsibility will be to assist with coordination and oversight for the completion of Outsourcing and Vendor Risk Management deliverables of 2 New York branch IT departments, International Platforms Consolidation dep. and Technology Foundation dep.
In parallel, you manage and coordinate all New York branch reporting activities related to the data from the bank’s Service Management tool.
Assist with ongoing management of relevant New York IT Outsourcing and Vendor Risk Management (VRM) processes and related project management artifacts eg tracking of deliverables in JIRA, status reporting, etc. Work with New York Procurement, New York IT contract owners, Commerzbank AG global outsourcing teams and New York VRM to ensure completion of all outsourcing and VRM deliverables in accordance with established schedules. Assist with ensuring all internal and external Outsourcing and VRM policies, processes and guidelines are followed and adhered to eg Commerzbank AG Outsourcing Policy, other local US regulatory requirements and/or guidelines. Generate and maintain, on an ongoing basis, various New York Service Management reporting eg call, request, problem, incident, change, etc. Host weekly New York Service Management meetings, thus includes driving the meeting discussion and recording the meeting minutes. Provide Service Management Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) reporting and other incident & change reporting required for inclusion in the monthly 2 New York branch IT departments management reporting. Act as a liaison between the Commerzbank AG Service Management team and New York IT Operations, Product Owners, and Management for Service Management activities. Assist with any Service Management issues and topics eg issues with closing out items or addressing common access right issues with assignment groups. Train personnel eg new joiners, on the use of the Service Management tool, as necessary.
You will primarily need:
Bachelor’s degree. At least 3 years of Financial Services industry experience. Good communication skills in English, both written & spoken. Ability to quickly adapt organizational processes and procedures. Active listening skills and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely. Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills with strong capability to “tell the story”, and using these tools to create value added reporting. Ability to work effectively across functional areas in New York Branch and other Commerzbank AG departments Proactivity, with a strong desire to drive the achievement of deliverables.
