As a Business Consultant Automotive (m/f/d) you will advise our customers on the operational new and further development of sales and marketing systems or after-sales systems. This includes the following tasks and areas of responsibility:
Participation in the preparation of offers Creation of user stories, technical rough concepts and process analyzes in coordination with the customer Technical advice and support of the development team (also near / offshore) in the implementation Analysis and design of customer requirements for concrete new and further development needs in customer-specific application systems and cooperation on their cost estimate Technical support or management of sub-project teams with 1-3 junior consultants or dual students Preparation and implementation of technical acceptance tests and internal approvals #EHE_TSI#
You have a degree or a comparable completed training in the field of computer science, business informatics or information management or a comparable qualification as well as at least 3 years of professional experience as a business consultant or at an OEM in a similar position. In addition, you will convince with the following experience and skills:
Experience in the creation of user stories (or requirement and functional specifications) for complex database applications with large amounts of data and their cost estimation Automotive industry know-how is an advantage, especially knowledge of automotive sales or after-sales processes Very good analytical and methodical Skills, in particular for requirements analysis and requirements management Practical experience from software development projects with teams of more than 8 employees or distributed teams Very good skills in communication, presentation and moderation, even with difficult topics and in time-critical situations High level of assertiveness and consulting skills as well as experience in conducting negotiations with customers and stakeholders
