Being responsible for implementing standards and for development within your team; Promoting the future-readiness of the team members by creating the conditions to build and develop agile and specialized know-how and a digital mindset and ensuring the cross-chapter exchange of knowledge; Beong responsible for the comprehensive design and implementation of IT security measures to safeguard the operation of the company’s SIRM solution; Working on the continuous improvement of the log management and SIEM infrastructure and applications; Leading work packages, manage and supervise internal and external partners and ensure you are always up-to-date regarding new technologies and trends in IT security.
Strong leadership experience; Good analytical thinking with attention to details to solve problems; Proactively driving projects and tasks to deliver results; Customer orientation and ownership attitude for the assigned responsibilities to deliver results in time and in line with the clients’ need; Excellent collaboration and communication skills; High flexibility and adaptability to fast-changing environment; Good team player with high ability to work in cross-locational and international teams; University degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT or relevant; Fluency in English.
