Your tasks
This is how your 3-year dual study program works:
Joint start at an introductory workshop where you get to know Commerzbank and other dual students at the bank Alternating theory and practice phases every 8 weeks, we pay the full tuition fees for you Comprehensive practical training in experienced teams, in which you become a connoisseur* in terms of processing tradable financial products, processing everything to do with customers and accounts, payment transactions and credit. Your deployment plan follows your talents and thanks to regular feedback you will continue to develop yourself. Getting to know our business processes and products and extensive experience in classic and agile project work Business studies at the Rhein-Main University of Cooperative Education in Rödermark in small course groups with a pleasant learning atmosphere and lecturers with practical experience Innovative Seminars from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, e-learning courses and on-the-job training help you to develop a digital skillset and qualify you for successful dialogue with internal customers from other areas of the bank. From day one you are a solid Part of our team and you will also receive personal support. In the course of your various practical assignments, you will build up your own network and thus lay the foundation for your professional development in the bank. Imagine you call Customer Service and nobody answers the phone. In Group Operations we ensure that none of this happens. We handle the processes that are downstream of sales in private, entrepreneurial and corporate customers. For our customers in Germany and abroad, we ensure the operational processing of customers, accounts, payment transactions, all tradable financial products and securities processing. We take care of the processing of loans and ensure that the logistics in the bank work. If our customers and employees have questions, we will help you quickly and competently on various service hotlines. The thought of the “back office” is a thing of the past – because today we are already much more. We define ourselves as “the heroes in the background”.
