As Head of Sales & Care for private customers (m/f/d) you will be responsible for a large operational area. You have personal and technical managerial responsibility for currently 120 employees. You are the contact person for complex and particularly difficult questions with pronounced decision-making and determination competence.
You are responsible for selecting new employees, organizing the team, motivating employees, initiating training and further development and promoting talent You cascade the overarching strategy into your own area and develop strategies and basic regulations You optimize the area of responsibility using key figures, increase the Process efficiency and perform budget planning tasks You work closely with the training and sales management departments and are responsible for the sustainable further development of sales performance in your department You represent work results to the higher management level
You have a degree or a comparable qualification and already have many years of professional experience in the field of sales and service.
You are also characterized by the following knowledge and skills:
Several years of management experience desirable in the area of Sales & Service Several years of experience in the independent and binding planning and control of new topics and pronounced experience with regard to a holistic (holistic) perspective Very good knowledge of specific sales/coaching methods and proven experience in the application of these, experience in change management Pronounced Decision-making and implementation skills Strong knowledge of budget and cost management Excellent experience in classic and agile forms of cooperation and in the management of strategic/overarching projects Strong customer orientation Fluent German and very good English skills
