As a Lead Consultant HCM in the SAP Public Sector, you play an important role in our company. You advise the management and the management levels of our customers in public administration. You take on a key role in the technically successful implementation of the customer project and are the contact person for project management, the project team and customer management for demanding or highly sensitive issues in the context of SAP HCM OnPremise and/or SAP HCM cloud solutions.
Your task includes in particular:
Lead consulting with a focus on processes, organization and optimization from camera and business aspects Central responsibility for both professional analysis and technical conception as well as for the implementation of solutions for the public sector in the context of demanding S/4 projects Leading the teams in creating concepts and methods for controlling, standardizing and optimizing business processes in the public sector Assuming responsibility for our customers as a trusted advisor Taking a central position in the generation and safeguarding of new business Development and implementation of best practices Participation in bid teams for the creation and quality assurance of Offers Takeover of (partial) project management Further development of our junior colleagues in the context of SAP HCM Would you like more? Learn here https://telekom.jobs/findedeinteam/team/SAP already know your new colleagues #EHE_TSI# Degree in economics, (business) computer science, industrial engineering; Alternatively, comparable training in public administration At least 5 years of professional experience as a SAP consultant or SAP architect in the areas of on-premise SAP PA, SAP OM, SAP PY, SAP PT Expert knowledge in at least one of the subject areas of time management, payroll accounting. Also experience in the topics of travel management, position management, VADM Pronounced cross-module knowledge beyond your own focus area Sound project experience with SAP ERP systems as well as S/4HANA OnPrem and/or Cloud, if necessary also SAP SFSF / Concur Very good understanding of current SAP technologies ( SAP HANA, SAP Cloud Platform etc.) as well as the technological innovations in S/4HANA and the SAP S/4HANA strategy Experience with SAP Activate, SAP S/4HANA deployment options and S/4HANA migration approaches in the context of HCM Structured working methods according to project management standards as well Experience with agile methods Communication and presentation security for the dialogue with customers and colleagues at all management levels Very good German and English skills Natural willingness to work on site at the customer and in distributed teams
