Vodafone Networks is embarking on a digital transformation journey to radically transform the way we operate across Europe. Vodafone is setting up a new network digital product office to help define and lead this transformation. This new team will help create world class digital products on new digital platforms to meet our ambitions. About the role:
Vodafone is transforming into a TechCom organization where decisions are data driven and supported by best in class digital tools. This role will help create, manage, and build a series of digital products that ensure our commercial teams can effectively and accurately sell the Network. This will mean leveraging our huge volumes of data and data scientists to create data driven opportunities and highlight potential areas of risk. Working with our other product managers you will ensure that commercial insights and thinking are baked into decision making throughout the European Networks organizations to make sure we build the right network for our customers.

We are seeking a product manager to help us land this mission. The ideal candidate will have a strategic vision with big ideas that fosters and environment of collaboration and creativity. This role is looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and real-world experience distilling business value and goals into roadmaps and a refined value stream.

You will be creating and managing a value stream product backlog ensuring that business KPIs and outcomes are achieved through the value stream actions.

This is a brand new function and set of value streams. We are looking for someone to analyze the current product set and future product pipeline to create a flow of value throughout the organisation. A successful candidate will increase their value stream, by building a valuable product/feature catalogue, increasing the need for product owners and developers to unlock value.

A critical element of this role is therefore effectively communicating and prioritizing your value stream with the technical executive teams across Europe who will directly benefit from your products.

You will have excellent stakeholder management skills which will enable you to execute your accountability for partnering with senior business leaders and customers across Europe to create manage the value stream. You will also be comfortable presenting and testing your ideas with senior management and challenging the status quo.

Ultimately, the value stream is yours to shape to ensure the business outcomes are achieved each quarter/year. Working with the product owners to direct the internal development teams to build world class products to create a world class network.
