together with another associate, support the 3 dedicated RMs to connect existing and target corporate clients with products and services across full range of Commercial Banking, Corporate Finance and Investment Banking segments together with another associate, support the 3 RMs to uptier the quality and quantity of client dialogue, to widen the contact network at each client and to improve the range of products delivered to each since enlarging the client base is a central goal for the International Corporates franchise, to support the 3 RMs in the acquisition of new clients within defined parameters & criteria following initial on-the-job training, direct contact with treasury team executives of the corporate client universe as part of visible, front-office client service team support with managing internal reporting and monitoring processes, including new business approval processes, profitability reviews , Know Your Customer (KYC), credit maintenance, internal audit reviews support w ith report-writing for internal escalation, eg client profiles for senior management visits

Customer facing elements:
producing presentations for customers (existing and target) and providing support during the implementation of specific projects, involving advisory and other product specialists and stakeholders functions (eg Credit, Legal) where required; monitoring customers intensively and in a timely manner to identify customer needs and be able to offer tailored financing solutions in alignment with the responsible RM providing market intelligence on competitors, product developments and analysis of peer-group companies and their sector managing data-collection from client Contacts to fulfill timely completion of regular and ad-hoc KYC requests.
Internal facing elements:
Supporting the RM’s in managing and tracking the profitability of each customer group, including monitoring developments of relevant KPIs such as RWA efficiency on-going analysis of credit worthiness and identifying risk signals of customers assigned, working with Credit Risk Management for regular and ad-hoc credit reviews Facilitating budget planning process in cooperation with RM’s and client service team members for client portfolio Using the bank’s IT systems and tools in support of credit applications for new exposure commitments Supporting the RMs for compliance and regulatory matters to meet CBK’s requirements with regard to Know your customer (KYC) etc.
