Construction Manager Civil Engineering/Road Construction (m/f/d)


As a construction manager for civil engineering/road construction (m/f/d), you will manage complex strategic projects or lead sub-projects with specialist leadership.

The focus of operations will be in north and west Saxony with a focus on Leipzig. A company vehicle will be made available to you if required.

Your exciting tasks include:

Technical examinations in civil engineering

and monitoring and acceptance of construction measures, if necessary with claim management according to DIN 69905:1997 Writing technical statements and construction inspections and construction cost controlling Monitoring/control of construction projects (e.g. FTTx expansion, relocation of cable lines) Monitoring/accompaniment of building inspections according to DIN 1076 and coordination with road construction authorities Further development of construction and project managers and contractors in the coordination of construction projects Implementation of performance and acquisition talks as well as measures to improve performance

You have successfully completed a degree in civil engineering with a focus on road construction, civil engineering or comparable professional training with a relevant subject.
You are also characterized by the following skills:

Ideally, several years of professional experience in the field of civil engineering FTTX Good knowledge of innovative information technologies and agile methods Distinct experience in the field of civil engineering/road construction Knowledge of the structural features and requirements of the Free State of Saxony Very good knowledge of German
