As a Service & Sales customer advisor, you will process standard customer inquiries by telephone and in writing with the help of the systems used in customer service according to specific system specifications.
You advise customers on services, bills and devices You provide information and then clarify standard customer concerns You monitor orders and deadlines You carry out data maintenance in defined systems You initiate measures in the event of deviations
You have completed vocational training or other relevant professional experience.
You are also characterized by the following knowledge and skills:
You have basic Telekom-internal specialist knowledge with regard to (service and sales) You have service and customer orientation as well as consulting and sales talent
