There are two independent companies, Peek & Cloppenburg, based in Düsseldorf and Hamburg. This is the profile of P&C Düsseldorf. At Peek & Cloppenburg, we combine many things that you would not necessarily expect: we are not just fashion retailers, we do everything ourselves, from the design and production of our own brands to the presentation of goods. There are around 15,000 employees in over 140 sales outlets and our company headquarters in Düsseldorf and Vienna from a wide range of disciplines do their best every day – and that for markets in 15 countries. As a result, you can expect a special variety and certainly new personal challenges with us.

What sets us apart: Anyone who works at P&C quickly learns to appreciate the mix of collegial cooperation and a hands-on mentality. We work together with commitment and passion. Cohesion in the team is just as important to us as high performance standards, individual commitment and the willingness to take on responsibility. In addition, we offer a varied supporting program with great further training opportunities, personal mentoring and opportunities for networking and benefits that go beyond further training and salary. These include staff discounts, models for reconciling work and family and a wide range of cultural, sports and health offers.

Our training and career opportunities: Varied tasks, a lot of responsibility, flat hierarchies – P&C is a highly attractive employer in a dynamic industry. No matter which program you choose, starting at P&C offers a variety of development opportunities and career prospects at all levels:
– Internships
– Trainee programs
– Direct entry sales
– Direct entry headquarters

In order to make reading easier, we use the masculine form of the word in our texts. Of course, we address all interested parties (m/f/d) equally with our entry and career offers.
