As the product owner of Cell account information, you are in the account products and services cluster with your team of technical and IT specialists for the development and provision of electronic account and transaction information that is available to our customers at home and abroad via numerous communication systems in current format definitions such as ISO or SWIFT, are responsible.
With our competitively recognized product COINFO, we produce electronic account information in accordance with regulatory and market requirements on the basis of efficient and innovative IT platforms. Taking customer needs into account is our top priority. With the electronic account statement as the “last instance” to the customer, we are involved in numerous strategic or regulatory initiatives in the bank and accordingly work together with a wide variety of other areas such as payment transactions. The cell stands for a high-performance and timely delivery of 360 million delivered messages per year.
In your function as a product owner, you prioritize the internal and external requirements for the product range and develop the corresponding product vision. You are constantly in close contact with the relevant stakeholders. Throughout your work, you will observe and analyze internal and external developments in the area of transaction processing and booking for relevance to the product range and take part in working groups of the German Banking Association.
