Our headquarters in Offenburg is conveniently located on the A5 and is also easy to reach from Karlsruhe and Strasbourg.

Our office in Leipzig is located right in the city center and is only 1.5 km away from the main train station.
Berlin
Our office in Berlin is only 1.5 km away from the Tiergarten and is therefore in an ideal central location.
your areas of responsibility
You will take responsibility for the design, development and maintenance of our microservices and extend our open platform for the energy industry
You work on scalable components that carry out financial transactions, billing and price quotations for millions of energy consumers and metering points
You analyze our legacy components in terms of throughput, latency, security and reliability and proactively drive refactorings and rebuilds
You create POCs that demonstrate the power of JVM technologies and frameworks and act as an evangelist to share your knowledge within the team and company
You are a mentor and coach for younger developers in pair programming sessions
Our requirements
You can look back on many years of experience as a back-end developer
You have practical programming skills in microservice architectures with Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate or related JVM-based technology stacks
You have experience with event-driven architectures using RabbitMQ, NATs or Kafka
You are fit in dealing with SQL and NoSQL databases, preferably MySQL
You have in-depth conceptual knowledge of OO patterns, domain-driven design and database design
You feel confident in communicating in English and would like to work in an international environment
