Service Delivery Lead M365 (Messaging)

Commerzbank is a leading international commercial bank with branches and offices in almost 50 countries. The world is changing, becoming digital, and so are we. We are leaving the traditional bank behind us and we are choosing to move forward as a digital enterprise.

As part of this strategy, Commerzbank is building a new Digital Technology Center in Sofia, Bulgaria. The teams here are focused on development, improvement and support of software solutions which digitize the business of the bank.

We need motivated people to join us on this journey and we are looking for Service Delivery Lead M365, with focus on our messaging services.

You will become a part of a business unit called Digital Workplace, which provides a global end-to-end operation of workplace services within Commerzbank and customer-oriented continuous innovation.

In the Digital Workplace cluster you will act as a Product Owner for the bank’s messaging service. Your main fields of duty will be the development of a product and process vision based on customer needs and expectations of stakeholders/clients as well as defining product features and communicating them transparently in the team. Furthermore you will be responsible for the ROI and regularly exchanging information with customers and stakeholders and obtaining feedback.
