Key responsibilities:
• Responsibility for service quality E2E, service and reporting data in terms of availability and correctness, as well as the definition of KPIs to measure the service quality and performance. Use available monitoring and reporting tools for that purpose and drive evolution of these tools.
• Provide analysis capabilities and define valuable reporting requirements to achieve transparency on service performance in the markets and to present the service quality over time. For this you work very closely together with our analytics team.
• Analysis of the service quality and identify systematic failures and abnormal events, document these and drive corrective measures in close cooperation with technical teams within Group and local markets. Derive and address necessary changes of service to eSIM service owner.
• Define and evolve the test concept, including test environment and test cases to validate the correct implementation of subscription management system, working closely with our offshore QA test experts.
• Define and perform in close cooperation with the technical service owner the integration of different vendor subscription management system components and VF IT network infrastructure
What we are looking for:
• Proven experience and recognized knowledge of IP network and cloud technologies
• Knowledge about API testing, monitoring and data analytical tools
• Experience in mobile operator systems design (BSS, OSS, CSM, etc.) and eSIM architecture is beneficial
• Proven experience in quality assurance, service quality and data analytics skills
• Knowledge of web systems, authentication mechanisms and components: web servers, application servers, databases, HTTPS, JSON, XML, web services, RESTful APIs, PKI, TLS, certificates
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills including assessment of log files from abstraction layer down to physical layer
• Ability to read, understand and implement technical specification documents and standards
