As a specialist (m/f/d) back office and warranty management, you will support the introduction of a warranty management system at DFMG Deutsche Funkturm.
You will also take on the following tasks:
Operational processing of bank guarantees (accounting for credit) reporting guarantee business communication with banks and insurance companies for operational treasury and guarantee management regulation administration contracts and correspondence year-end activities
For this demanding position, you have successfully completed a degree in business administration or commercial training. In addition, you bring the following skills and knowledge with you:
Several years of experience and excellent knowledge of warranty management systems Experience in the documentation and optimization of processes and systems Very good MS Office knowledge, especially MS Excel, SAP knowledge and a great IT affinity Service-oriented, independent and responsible way of working Knowledge of German and English
With 800 employees, Deutsche Funkturm is responsible for the expansion of the infrastructure for German mobile phone providers, radio stations, operators of radio relay links and for the radio networks of authorities and other institutions.
