Your tasks

As a manager of corporate banking for major customers, you and the major customer advisor (GKB) are responsible for looking after the national and international companies and customers assigned to the GKB. You support the GKB with a focus on the credit product as well as on special customer needs and, if necessary and after consultation, involve the respective product specialists from the product areas.

You are also the first contact person for KBC FK and FK-S and are responsible for the needs-based coordination of interfaces in the cooperative collaboration between GKB, back office, specialists as well as the national/international locations and subsidiaries of the banking group and provide support in the representation of the GKB.

You are also responsible for preparation and follow-up to visits, strategic consultations, analysis of business models and business model transformation.

Main tasks:

Supporting the assigned GKBs in ensuring and achieving income, risk and customer satisfaction targets in the portfolios. Responsible for product support relating to credit, including rating creation, extension/new business, in-depth analysis of creditworthiness documents to prepare loan applications for complex products as well as preliminary calculations Value Manager/ RWA Efficiency Analysis Preparation and approval of credit protocols in coordination with GKB and cooperation with the back office Receiving customer calls, responsible processing of customer inquiries/day-to-day business transactions in the area of ​​corporate banking (focus: credit; standard inquiries: FMS, TF&CM) as well as additional processing of demanding customer inquiries in coordination with the GKB Coordination in the cooperative collaboration with interfaces between GKB, specialists, back office, KBC and FK-S / GS-BO as well as the international locations and subsidiaries of the banking group Preparation and follow-up of negotiations and discussions with customers, if necessary . according to input or in coordination with the GKB (strategy dialogues, forecast 4.0 or industry analyses) You analyze the customers’ business models in detail and provide support, in particular, with customer advice on the subject of business model transformation. Documentation of essential customer information in the bank’s corresponding systems that can be understood by a knowledgeable third party as well as the preparation of quantitative and qualitative customer data by using the data processing applications provided by the bank. Analytical support in identifying earnings potential as well as in the development and implementation of strategies for acquiring new customers, each in coordination with the GKB. your profile
