Your tasks as a private customer advisor in the advisory branch are: You
take responsibility for good cooperation with our private customers as well as for a high level of customer satisfaction, advises private customers personally via all available access channels in a needs- and transaction-oriented manner in the following areas of need: account openings for natural persons, payment transactions, deposits, installment loans, pension provision and building savings, securities, taking on services and banking operations Tasks directly from the consultation involve specialists if there is a need for further advice and, if necessary, actively refer customers and interested parties to Commerzbank solutions, support our customers in using our digital offerings and offer help Self-help in all service topics
You have
a (banking) commercial training or an adequate qualification, if possible a one-year successful customer-oriented activity in sales
You have
Experience in sales, a high willingness to learn, an affinity for technology and work quickly on new topics, a basic knowledge of products and services in the banking business, a high level of service and customer orientation and an open approach to people, good PC skills and experience with office applications, good verbal knowledge of German and writing
