Your tasks as a private customer advisor in the advisory branch are: You
You take responsibility for good cooperation with our private customers and for high customer satisfaction. You advise private customers in personal discussions in a needs- and transaction-oriented manner in the following areas:
– Account opening for natural persons
– Payment transactions
– Insoles
– Installment loans
– Provision and building savings
– Securities take over services and banking operational tasks directly from the consultation, involve specialists with customers/prospects who need further advice and, if necessary, actively forward them to another customer segment, for example, actively talk to customers/prospects about Commerzbank solutions, support our customers in using our digital offers and offer help for self-help in all service topics
You have
a (banking) commercial training or adequate qualification, if possible a one-year successful customer-oriented activity in sales
You have the appropriate ones
