Your tasks

Your tasks as a private customer employee at the advisory branch are: You

You carry out all customer-related services in the cash register service area. You take responsibility for good cooperation with our private customers as well as for a high level of customer satisfaction. You advise private customers in a personal conversation based on their needs and conclusions in the following areas of need via all access channels offered:
– Account opening for natural persons
– Payment transactions
– Insoles
– Installment loans take over services and banking operational tasks directly from the consultation, involve specialists with customers/prospects who need further advice and, if necessary, actively forward them to another customer segment, for example, actively talk to customers/prospects about Commerzbank solutions, support our customers in using ours digital offers and offer help for self-help in all service topics
